Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 3 pieces
- Onion 1 piece
- Ground meat 10 oz
- Carrot 1 piece
- Cream 22% 1 cup
- Vegetable Oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Spices to taste
- Bay leaf 2 pieces
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the meat mixture for the meatballs. Crack the egg into the mixture, add salt and spices. Form into meatballs.
Step 2
Sauté the onion and carrot.
Step 3
Add the potatoes to boiling water. When the potatoes are almost ready, add the sautéed vegetables. Then add the meatballs to the soup and cook for 5-10 minutes until they float.
Step 4
In the last 5 minutes, add the cream, season with pepper, and add the bay leaf.
