Ingredients
- Butter 5 oz
- Sugar 2 cups
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Cocoa Powder 3 tablespoons
- Cookie 10 oz
- Nuts 1 cup
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt 200 grams of butter, add and thoroughly rub in 2 cups of sugar, 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder, place on low heat, stirring continuously. As soon as the mixture boils, remove from heat and let cool until warm.
Step 2
Beat in the egg, mix well, add 200–300 grams of ground cookies, and 1 cup of roasted finely chopped nuts.
Step 3
Shape the resulting mixture into a log, wrap in parchment paper. Place in the freezer to set.
