
Creamy Lemon Pudding

Description
By the end of the cooking time, the top will brown and crack slightly. Once the dessert is ready, dust it with powdered sugar.
Ingredients
- Clarified Butter 3 tablespoons
- Sugar 5 oz
- Lemon 1 piece
- Egg white 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour 4 tablespoons
- Milk 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
First, mix the butter, sugar, and zest.
Step 2
Next, add the lemon juice, yolk, flour, and milk (whisking after adding each ingredient).
Step 3
Whip the egg whites to stiff peaks and gently fold them into the first mixture until smooth.
Step 4
Pour into molds, which should be placed in a larger pan filled with boiling water so that the water level reaches halfway up the pudding molds (this recipe makes 5–6 molds).
Step 5
Place in a preheated oven at 355°F for 30 minutes.
