Ingredients
- 10% cream 15 fl oz
- 20% Sour Cream 10 oz
- Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
- Vanillin to taste
- Powdered Sugar 10 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chill the cream to 2–35°F. Whip into a fluffy, thick foam and place in the refrigerator.
Step 2
Combine the sour cream, powdered sugar, and vanillin in a bowl. Whip for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Fold the sour cream into the whipped cream and whip again.
Step 4
Add grated chocolate and mix.
Step 5
Transfer to a mold and place in the freezer for 4 hours.
