Ingredients
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Vanilla salt 0 oz
- 10% cream 10 fl oz
- Egg white 3 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Bring the milk to a boil and dissolve the regular and vanilla sugar in it. Let it cool. Stir in the yolks. Over a water bath, constantly stirring, bring the mixture to a consistency similar to condensed milk.
Step 2
Whip the cream until stiff.
Step 3
Combine the two mixtures into one and freeze, stirring occasionally (approximately every hour).
