Description

- Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
- Sugar 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
Step 2
Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Step 3
Whip the yolks with sugar.
Step 4
Whip the cream separately.
Step 5
Fold the cream into the yolks, then gradually incorporate this mixture into the egg whites, gently mixing.
Step 6
Pour the mixture into molds and place in the freezer for 8 hours.
