- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Cream 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste

Step 1
Sauté 8–10 stalks of asparagus in olive oil for 2–3 minutes, then pour in 300 ml of chicken broth, bring to a boil, and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Then blend everything with a mixer or in a blender until smooth, add 2 tablespoons of cream, and cook for 1 minute.
