Ingredients
- Water 15 fl oz
- Soy Sauce ½ teaspoon
- Dashi powder 15 fl oz
- 33% Cream 5 fl oz
- Eel 0 oz
- Wakame Seaweed 0 oz
- Toasted Sesame 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Bring the water to a boil. Add the soy sauce and dashi broth.
Step 2
Cut the eel into medium cubes and add it to the pot.
Step 3
Then add the cream and bring to a boil, remove from heat — the soup is ready.
Step 4
Place the wakame seaweed in a bowl and pour the soup over it.
