Ingredients
- Quinoa 5 oz
- Lentils 1 tablespoon
- Black rice (imperial) 1 tablespoon
- Onion 1 head
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Flower Salt to taste
- Cauliflower 5 oz
- Carrot 1 piece
- Chicken Broth 0 qt
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop the carrot, onion, and garlic. Sauté in vegetable oil.
Step 2
Add quinoa, rice, and lentils, and sauté for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Transfer to a pot with broth (preferably meat broth), add the separated cauliflower florets, salt, and spices to taste.
Step 4
Cook for 15 minutes, ensuring the cauliflower does not overcook.
Step 5
Serve best with plenty of sour cream and fresh bread.
