Ingredients
- Cauliflower 15 oz
- Celery salt 15 oz
- Coconut Milk 15 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Water 15 fl oz
- Salt 0 oz
- Nuts to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the cauliflower and celery root into small pieces.
Step 2
Pour vegetable oil into a pot and add the cauliflower and celery root.
Step 3
Sauté the ingredients over medium heat until golden brown.
Step 4
Add a little salt to the vegetables.
Step 5
Next, add coconut milk and water.
Step 6
Cover with a lid and simmer until the vegetables are tender.
Step 7
Then blend everything in a blender.
Step 8
Strain through a fine mesh sieve.
Step 9
Add salt and sugar to taste.
Step 10
When serving, drizzle with olive oil and garnish with crushed nuts.
