- Cream 22% 5 fl oz
- Desiccated coconut 5 oz
- Liquid dark chocolate 10 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Butter 0 oz

Step 1
Melt the butter, cream, and sugar over low heat (do not boil). Add the shredded coconut, mix everything, place it in a mold lined with parchment paper, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step 2
After that, cut the candies (bars). Place them in the refrigerator overnight or in the freezer for 2–3 hours.
Step 3
Melt the chocolate in a water bath and add 2 tablespoons of refined oil. Then dip the bars in the chocolate and let them set.
