Ingredients
- Heavy cream 3 tablespoons
- Fresh Berries 10 pieces
- Natural Yogurt 3 tablespoons
- Oranges 1 piece
- Raw cane sugar 2 teaspoons
- Raspberry leaves 6 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the orange in half crosswise, then carefully extract the segments using a small sharp knife, being careful not to cut through the peel. Finely chop the pulp and place it in a bowl; add sugar and set aside.
Step 2
Remove as much of the white pith from the orange peel as possible. Cut a few strips of zest and set aside for decoration.
Step 3
Mix the cream with the yogurt in a small bowl and lightly whip until the mixture holds its shape. Gently fold in the orange pieces, raspberries, and blueberries.
Step 4
Spoon the cream mixture into the orange peel bowls and transfer to saucers. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
