Description

Creamy Banana Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • Farm fresh eggs 4 pieces
  • Potato protein 1½ tablespoons
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Sugar 3 teaspoons
  • Cookie 15 oz
  • Cream 22% 5 fl oz
  • 20% Sour Cream 5 oz
  • Vanilla salt 1 teaspoon
  • Bananas 2 pieces

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

For the base: melt the butter, combine with the cookies, and mix; the mixture should be sticky. If necessary, add a little milk, cream, or sour cream. Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a baking dish, forming high edges.

Step 2

For the filling: combine the cream, sour cream, 100 g of sugar, and vanilla sugar, and beat well with a mixer. Then add the starch, mix well, and gradually add the eggs, beating for 1–2 minutes after each addition. In a pan, melt the butter, add 3 teaspoons of sugar, sauté slightly, then add the bananas cut into small cubes and sauté them for 2–3 minutes, stirring constantly.

Step 3

Place the bananas in the bottom of the dish, then pour in the creamy mixture (some bananas will rise to the top, but that's okay). Place in a preheated oven at 340°F and bake for about 1 hour (you can check readiness by gently shaking the dish; if the filling doesn't jiggle, the pie is ready). Turn off the oven, slightly open the door (if there is no stopper, place a towel to keep it ajar) and let the pie rest inside for a bit. Then remove it and cool at room temperature, followed by chilling in the refrigerator for 1–2 hours before slicing into portions.
