Ingredients

  • Salad Potatoes 3 pieces
  • Carrot 1 piece
  • Onion 1 head
  • Sourdough Bread 6 pieces
  • Sliced Processed Cheese 5 pieces
  • Salmon 10 oz
  • Garlic chips to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel the potatoes, onion, and carrot, cut them into 2–4 pieces, and boil. Add salt to taste.

Step 2

Cut the bread into small cubes and toast in a dry skillet until golden brown.

Step 3

Pour out 250 ml (1 cup) of broth.

Step 4

Blend the boiled vegetables into a puree. If necessary, add the remaining broth, garlic powder, and black pepper to taste.

Step 5

Cut the processed cheese into small pieces. Melt it in the reserved cup of broth in a pot.

Step 6

Add the resulting puree to the melted cheese.

Step 7

Cook for 5 minutes, stirring.

Step 8

If necessary, remove the skin and bones from the fish. Cut into cubes and sauté in a skillet.

Step 9

Pour the soup into bowls. Add the fish and croutons.
