  • Potatoes 4 pieces
  • Onion 2 pieces
  • Carrot 1 piece
  • Processed cheese 10 oz
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil the peeled potatoes, onion, and carrot together until fully soft in salted water.

Step 2

Pour a little of the resulting vegetable broth (200-250 ml) into a glass (will be needed later). Drain the rest.

Step 3

Add the processed cheese to the boiled vegetables and blend everything until smooth.

Step 4

Add the broth to achieve the desired consistency.

Step 5

Serve immediately. Especially delicious with croutons or garlic-rubbed toast. Can be garnished with herbs. Enjoy your meal!
