Step 1
Cook the chicken broth.
Step 2
Peel and boil the potatoes in the chicken broth. Grate the cheese and add it to the broth, waiting for it to dissolve completely.
Step 3
Place the broth with potatoes and cheese in a blender and blend until creamy.
Step 4
Sauté the onion and mushrooms until golden.
Step 5
Serve the cream soup, adding the sautéed onion and mushrooms to each portion, and chopped dill can also be added.
