Ingredients
- Pickled Chanterelles 10 oz
- 10% cream 5 fl oz
- Melted Cheese 5 oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Ocean salt to taste
- Cheshire Cheese 5 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Paprika to taste
- Water 0 qt
- Butter 0 oz
- Ground Nutmeg to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Take a pot and melt the butter in it.
Step 2
Cut the cheese into smaller pieces for quicker melting and add it to the pot. Stir occasionally to prevent the cheese from sticking to the bottom. Add the cream.
Step 3
While the mixture is melting, sauté the garlic in a skillet, then add the chanterelles. Sauté everything over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add the chanterelles to the mixture and pour in boiling water.
Step 5
Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg, and paprika.
Step 6
Cook over medium heat for another ten minutes.
