Cream of Mushroom Soup

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms 5 oz
  • Potato 5 oz
  • Bouillon cube 0 oz
  • Onion 0 oz
  • Garlic 0 oz
  • Dill to taste
  • Cream 0 fl oz
  • Water 5 fl oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil the potato. Slice the mushrooms and onion. Mince the garlic. Cut the boiled potato into small pieces.

Step 2

Sauté the mushrooms with garlic and onion. Add water and potato, and simmer.

Step 3

Blend everything with a blender. Pour this mixture into a saucepan (preferably, but if not available, a frying pan can be used), add cream, and bring to a boil. Add the bouillon cube (2 grams), salt, and pepper.

Step 4

Serve with herbs.
