  • Wheat Flour 10 oz
  • Butter 10 oz
  • Semi-soft cream cheese 10 oz
  • Salt ¾ teaspoon
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Ground Caraway to taste
  • Toasted Sesame to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 345°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the butter, cheese, flour, and salt in a bowl.

Step 2

Mix the ingredients until a homogeneous mass is formed.

Step 3

Place the dough on a well-floured surface. Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough until it is 0.5 cm thick.

Step 4

Lay the sticks on the lined baking sheet. Brush lightly beaten egg on top using a brush.

Step 5

Sprinkle each strip with salt, sesame seeds, and caraway seeds. Bake at 345°F for 15 minutes until the sticks are golden brown.
