  • Cranberry 10 oz
  • Sugar 10 oz
  • Semolina 4 tablespoons
  • Water 25 fl oz
  • Vanilla extract 0 fl oz
  • Whipped Cream to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Wash the cranberries, blend them in a blender, and strain through a sieve. Chill the cranberry juice.

Step 2

Pour the berry pulp with water and boil for 10 minutes, then strain, add semolina to the broth, and stir. After 10 minutes, add sugar and vanilla extract, and cook for 20 minutes over low heat until thickened, then cool.

Step 3

Pour the cranberry juice into the mixture and whisk until the mixture lightens. Transfer the pudding to serving dishes and garnish with whipped cream. Serve chilled.
