- Wheat Flour 1 cup
- Sugar 1 cup
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Farm fresh eggs 4 pieces
- Vanilla salt to taste
- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Dried cranberries with sugar 5 oz
- Canned Pineapple Chunks 5 oz
- Powdered Sugar 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
For the dough, mix the flour with baking powder and vanilla sugar. Beat the eggs with sugar and add the flour, knead the dough.
Step 2
Cut the canned pineapple into pieces, add the cranberries and pineapple to the dough.
Step 3
Pour the dough into a greased baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes in the oven at 355°F. Sprinkle the finished pie with powdered sugar.
