- Sugar 10 oz
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Milk 5 fl oz
- White Balsamic Cream 2 spoons
- Baking Powder 2 spoons
- Salt a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Whisk together the flour, salt, and baking powder. Using a mixer on high speed, beat the softened butter (previously brought to room temperature) with the sugar. Then, add the eggs one at a time, followed by the balsamic cream.
Step 2
Switch the mixer to the lowest speed, gradually add the flour mixture to the butter and sugar, and slowly pour in the milk. Mix until the dough becomes relatively uniform, then gently fold in the cranberries using a spoon or spatula.
Step 3
Distribute the dough into the molds and place them in an oven preheated to 375°F for twenty minutes.
