Cranberry Dessert with Peaches
Ingredients
- Sugar 10 oz
- Cranberry 10 oz
- Donut Peaches 2 pieces
- Cottage cheese 5 oz
- Cinnamon 1 teaspoon
- Yogurt powder 10 oz
- Lemon 1 piece
- Chopped almonds 0 oz
- Pistachios 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the cranberries, dry them, and blend them in a blender. Strain the puree through a sieve and mix with 200 g of sugar. Place on the stove and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
Step 2
Wash the peaches, dry them, cut them in half, and remove the pits. Cut the flesh into cubes.
Step 3
Mix the cottage cheese with the yogurt, remaining sugar, cinnamon, and the juice and zest of the lemon. Whip with a mixer.
Step 4
Chop the nuts.
Step 5
Layer the cranberry puree, cottage cheese mixture, peach cubes, and nuts in glasses. Place the finished dessert in the refrigerator for 30 to 40 minutes.
