Description
The filling can be varied with lingonberries or apples.
Ingredients
- Puff Pastry 20 oz
- Lingonberry 10 oz
- Frozen black currant puree 10 oz
- Sugar 1 cup
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
To prepare the pie, I use ready-made puff pastry. I lay it out and roll it slightly in the form, previously placing baking paper underneath.
Step 2
For the filling, I add sugar to the berries and mix.
Step 3
I place the filling in the form. On top, I decorate with braids made from the leftover pastry, and to keep their shape, I brush them with egg. Then, I put it in the oven for about 20 minutes.
