Cranberry and Apple Soup
Ingredients
- Dried cranberries with sugar 10 oz
- Sugar 1 cup
- Apple 20 oz
- Potato protein 1 tablespoon
- Water 5 cups
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sort the cranberries, rinse them, mash them in a pot, pour in 5 cups of boiling water, stir, and cover. After 10-15 minutes, strain through cheesecloth.
Step 2
Then place the pot with the juice on the heat, add sugar, apples peeled and cored, sliced or julienned. When it boils, add the potato starch (as done for making jelly).
Step 3
The soup is served chilled. You can add sour cream to the soup.
