- Butter 0 oz
- Bittersweet Chocolate 5 oz
- Raw cane sugar 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Powdered Sugar to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the broken pieces of chocolate, adding butter.
Step 2
At this time, beat the sugar with the eggs.

When the chocolate and butter turn into a smooth mixture, immediately remove from heat and add to the egg mixture. Whisk until combined.
