Cracker Cake
Ingredients
- 10% cream 15 oz
- Sugar to taste
- Crackers 20 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix sugar with sour cream until completely dissolved.
Step 2
Add UNSALTED crackers.
Step 3
Place in a mold and refrigerate for about 3 hours (or better overnight) to allow the crackers to absorb the sour cream.
Step 4
Invert the cake onto a plate. Optionally, you can decorate it with something.
