- Thyme 0 oz
- Oregano 0 oz
- Crab Meat 5 oz
- Plant-based Cream 0 fl oz
- Grated Ginger Root 0 oz
- Chives 0 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
To prepare the dough, combine the eggs with 180 grams of sugar and whisk until frothy. Add the Philadelphia cheese, butter, flour, baking soda with lemon juice, and baking powder. Mix with a blender on low speed until you achieve a smooth consistency.
Step 2
For the cream, take 150 grams of Philadelphia cheese, finely chopped crab meat, minced green onions, cream, and grated ginger. Season with pepper, mix until smooth, and refrigerate for half an hour.
Step 3
Add thyme flowers and oregano to the basic batter. Spoon it into muffin tins and bake at 355°F for fifteen to eighteen minutes.
Step 4
Using a piping bag, pipe the crab cream onto the prepared cupcakes and lightly torch it with a kitchen torch. Serve warm.
