- Activated Baking Soda ¼ teaspoon

Step 1
Prepare the dough by mixing the eggs, sugar, sour cream, flour, and baking soda, which has been neutralized with vinegar.
Step 2
Bake the cake layer in the oven for 20 minutes at 390°F. Cut the baked layer into two parts.
Step 3
Prepare the cream by mixing the condensed milk and finely chopped walnuts. Spread the cream between the cake layers.
