- Chicken Broth 0 qt
- Carrot 1 piece
- Onion 1 head
- Potato 2 pieces
- Buckwheat Groats 1 tablespoon
- Parsley to taste
- Dill to taste
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop the onion and carrot into strips and sauté in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Step 2
In the prepared meat broth, add the well-washed wheat groats and diced potato.
Step 3
Cook for 15–20 minutes, adding salt.
Step 4
Add the sautéed onion and carrot, along with chopped parsley and dill.
