Ingredients
- Cottage cheese 20 oz
- Pitted Wild Apricots 20 oz
- Orange juice concentrate 10 fl oz
- Honey 0 oz
- Cinnamon 1 piece
- Cognac 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the juice, honey, and cognac. Place the prunes and cinnamon in a baking dish and pour the mixture over them. Put in an oven preheated to 320°F for half an hour.
Step 2
Spread the cottage cheese on the bottom of a baking tray and place it in the freezer.
Step 3
Sprinkle the hot prunes with cottage cheese in individual bowls.
