Ingredients
- Egg white 1 piece
- Sugar 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 20 oz
- Activated Baking Soda 1 teaspoon
- Cottage cheese 10 oz
- Vanillin 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the egg, sugar, and melted butter with a mixer.
Step 2
Add the baking soda, cottage cheese, vanillin, and flour to the mixture. Knead the dough. Divide it into three parts, roll each part into a sheet 0.5 cm thick, cut into triangles, place any filling (fruits, jam, nuts, etc.) on the wide edge, and roll into a croissant.
Step 3
Bake in the oven at 355°F for 15–20 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
