Cottage Cheese Strawberry Dessert

• Strawberry 5 oz
• Sugar 4 tablespoons
• Vanilla salt 1 teaspoon
• Milk 0 fl oz
• Mint 1 sprig

Prepare the cottage cheese.

Add 2 tablespoons of sugar.

Step 3

Sprinkle in 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar.

Transfer the cottage cheese mixture to a blender and pour in the milk.

Blend the cottage cheese until smooth.

In a separate blender, place the fresh strawberries (remove the leaves).

Add the remaining sugar.

Puree the strawberries in the blender.
