
Cottage Cheese Soufflé with Strawberries

Description
I really enjoy the natural taste of cottage cheese (I use Valio 0.3%), but if you prefer it sweeter, you can dissolve a bit of honey in the milk — it's simple and delicious! And most importantly — it's healthy!
Ingredients
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Cottage cheese 20 oz
- Freeze-dried strawberry powder 5 oz
- Vanilla extract 0 fl oz
- Ground Cinnamon a pinch
- Gelatin 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the gelatin in milk for 40 minutes.
Step 2
Chop the strawberries finely and mix them with the cottage cheese.
Step 3
After the gelatin has swollen, add the vanilla extract and cinnamon, and heat until the gelatin dissolves.
Step 4
Combine the cottage cheese mixture with the milk-gelatin mixture and pour into molds.
