Cottage Cheese Soufflé with Fruits
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese 20 oz
- Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
- Semolina 4 tablespoons
- Sugar 3 tablespoons
- Vinegar essence 1 teaspoon
- Baking Powder 1 tablespoon
- Grapefruits 5 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix all ingredients except the egg whites. Whip the egg whites in a separate bowl until peaks form. Remember that egg whites whip well when cold. Gently fold them into the cottage cheese mixture with a spoon.
Step 2
Pour the prepared mixture into a greased baking dish and bake for about 45 minutes in an oven preheated to 355°F, until the top turns golden brown.
Step 3
After cooling, decorate with fruits of your choice and pour jelly over it, if desired.
Step 4
Place in the refrigerator until the jelly sets.
