Ingredients
- Egg white 1 piece
- Semi-soft cream cheese 10 oz
- Non-Fat Dry Milk 1 tablespoon
- Kefir 1 tablespoon
- Flavoring to taste
- Sugar Substitute to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients with a mixer or whisk in a glass container.
Step 2
Place in the microwave on high power for 1 minute.
Step 3
Let cool for 2–3 minutes.
Step 4
Put back in the microwave on high power for 1 minute.
Step 5
Check — the soufflé should be set around the edges and slightly soft (but hot) in the center.
Step 6
If necessary, repeat the process one more time.
