Cottage Cheese Pudding with Semolina
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese 20 oz
- Semolina 5 oz
- Milk 10 fl oz
- Farm fresh eggs 4 pieces
- Vanillin to taste
- Sugar 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour semolina into cold milk and stir. Cook until thickened (about 5 minutes or less).
Step 2
Cool down (the mixture will thicken significantly after cooling — this is expected).
Step 3
Beat the yolks with 100 grams of sugar and pour into the cottage cheese, add vanillin. Mix with a mixer.
Step 4
Add the cooled semolina mixture and mix again with a mixer. Whip the egg whites with the remaining 50 grams of sugar and fold into the batter. Mix well.
Step 5
Transfer to a baking dish greased with vegetable oil.
Step 6
Bake in a preheated oven at 355°F until golden brown. Serve chilled with sour cream.
