- Cottage cheese 10 oz
- Sour Cream 2 tablespoons
- Sugar 10 oz
- Wheat Flour 20 oz

Step 1
Sift the flour. Add sugar (200 grams) and baking soda. Add the butter. Mix with your hands.
Step 2
Whip the egg white.
Step 3
Mix the cottage cheese, sour cream, sugar, and egg yolk. Remove any lumps.
Step 4
Add the whipped egg whites to the cottage cheese mixture.
Step 5
Place the dough in a baking dish. Press the dough down. Pour in the filling.
Step 6
Bake in a preheated oven at 355°F.
