  • Cottage cheese 10 oz
  • Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Wheat Flour 2 cups
  • Vanillin a pinch
  • Butter 10 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Mix the butter with the flour and 1/2 cup of sugar, rubbing it by hand until crumbly. Pour half of this mixture into the bottom of the baking dish, spreading it evenly and pressing it down with your hands to form low walls (1–2 cm).

Step 2

Beat the cottage cheese with the eggs, 1/2 cup of sugar, and vanillin. Pour this mixture into the dish over the first layer, allowing it to spread, and distribute evenly with a spoon.

Step 3

Evenly sprinkle the second half of the crumble on top of the pie. Baking time depends on the height of the pie: if the dish is small, preheat the oven to low heat and bake for 40–50 minutes; if the dish is large, 20 minutes is sufficient. A sign that the pie is ready is when the top layer of crumble turns golden.
