Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 2 cups
- Chicken Eggs 2 pieces
- Butter 10 oz
- Cottage cheese 20 oz
- Raspberries 5 oz
- Canned Pineapple 20 oz
- Cinnamon to taste
- Sugar 1 cup
- Semolina 2 tablespoons
- Salt 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the butter and mix it with the flour until crumbly.
Step 2
Mix the cottage cheese with sugar, raspberries, and pineapples. Add 2 eggs and cinnamon to taste.
Step 3
Mix everything well.
Step 4
Pour more than half of the dough into a baking dish and press it down with a fork. Add the filling and carefully sprinkle with the remaining dough.
Step 5
Place in a preheated oven and bake at 180–390°F for 60–80 minutes.
