  • Chicken Egg 3 pieces
  • Sugar 5 oz
  • Butter 5 oz
  • Wheat Flour 1 glass
  • Baking Powder ½ spoons
  • Fresh Berries 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Mix the cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, and 1 teaspoon of baking powder together until you achieve a smooth mixture.

Step 2

Mix the flour with 0.5 teaspoon of baking powder, place the butter on a flat plate, sprinkle with flour, and chop with a knife until it resembles fine crumbs.

Step 3

Evenly sprinkle half of the butter crumble over the bottom of the dish.

Step 4

Evenly layer the berries on top. If the berries are a bit tart, you can sprinkle them with sugar. Next, spread the cottage cheese mixture.

Step 5

Sprinkle the remaining crumbs on top and place in the oven preheated to 285°F for about an hour, until a golden crust forms.
