Cottage Cheese Pie with Dark Chocolate
Ingredients

- Wheat Flour 30 oz
- Dry yeast 0 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Cottage cheese 10 oz
- Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
- Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the yeast with salt, 150 grams of flour, and 100 grams of sugar. Warm the milk with 75 grams of butter and 60 ml of water. Whip the butter-milk mixture and combine it with the yeast mixture. Stir well. Add 2 eggs and gradually incorporate the remaining flour.
Step 2
Knead the dough into a ball and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
Step 3
Separate the yolk from the white. Chill the egg white, and beat the yolk with the cottage cheese and grated chocolate.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 340°F.
Step 5
Roll out the dough on a floured surface and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Step 6
Transfer the dough to a greased baking sheet and roll it out into a flat shape. Place the cottage cheese-chocolate filling in the center and fold the edges slightly. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
Step 7
Whip the egg white with water and brush it over the pie. Bake for about 50 minutes. If the pie starts to burn, cover it with foil.
