Cottage Cheese Pie with Apricots
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Sugar 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Cottage cheese 15 oz
- Sour Cream 3 tablespoons
- Corn Starch 2 tablespoons
- Vanilla salt 2 teaspoons
- Canned Peaches 2 cans
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the butter with sugar until light and fluffy, add 2 eggs, beat a little more, sift the flour on top, and quickly knead the dough. Wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step 2
Pass the cottage cheese through a sieve, mix with sugar, vanilla sugar, 2 eggs, sour cream, and cornstarch using a mixer on low speed.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 180–390°F, grease a 19 cm springform pan with butter.
Step 4
Roll out the dough, transfer it to the pan, form a border, and spread the cream and apricots on top.
Step 5
Bake the pie for about 30–40 minutes, until the top of the cream sets.
