Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Sugar ½ cup
- Salt a pinch
- Cottage cheese 5 oz
- Semolina 5 tablespoons
- Activated Baking Soda a pinch
- Wheat Flour 1 cup
- Kefir ½ cup
- Cinnamon to taste
- Apple 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with sugar and salt.
Step 2
Add kefir and baking soda.
Step 3
Mash the cottage cheese and add it to the batter.
Step 4
Add semolina and flour, and mix well.
Step 5
The batter should have the consistency of sour cream.
Step 6
Pour the batter into a baking dish, preferably silicone.
Step 7
Peel the apples, remove the core, and slice them thinly.
Step 8
Arrange the apples in the dish, pressing them slightly into the batter.
Step 9
Sprinkle with cinnamon and a little sugar on top.
Step 10
Bake at 180–390°F for 30–40 minutes, checking for doneness with a wooden stick.
