- Wheat Flour 1½ cups
- Butter 5 oz
- Cottage cheese 5 oz
- Vanilla salt 0 oz
- Jam ½ cup
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Powdered Sugar 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cream the butter, add the mashed cottage cheese, flour, salt, vanilla sugar, and mix thoroughly.
Step 2
Place the dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Step 3
Roll out the chilled dough to a thickness of 5 mm and cut out circles.
Step 4
Place a little jam in the center of each circle, form the pastries. Place them on a greased baking sheet, brush with egg, and bake for 10 minutes at 480°F.
Step 5
Sprinkle the finished pastries with powdered sugar.
