Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- Baking Powder 0 oz
- Salt 0 oz
- Milk 15 fl oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Cottage cheese 5 oz
- Clarified Butter 0 oz
- Raisins 5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Vanilla extract 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the raisins in boiling water. Set aside for a while to soften. Melt the butter and set it aside to cool.
Step 2
Combine the flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder in a bowl.
Step 3
Pass the cottage cheese through a sieve. Add milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract to the cottage cheese. Mix well with a whisk. Add the milk-cottage cheese mixture to the flour and mix until smooth. Drain the water from the raisins and add them to the mixture. Stir well.
Step 4
Heat a skillet well, grease it with clarified butter, reduce the heat to medium, and pour the mixture into the center of the skillet using a 60 ml measuring cup or 1/4 cup. Once bubbles appear on the surface of the pancake, flip it over and cook until done, about 20–30 seconds, until golden brown.
