Ingredients
- Cottage cheese 10 oz
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- Whole egg 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Vanillin a pinch
- Chocolate 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the ingredients.
Step 2
Pass the cottage cheese through a metal sieve. If you don't have a sieve, you can carefully use a fine grater.
Step 3
Add the yolk of one egg.
Step 4
Add sugar (the amount can be adjusted to taste).
Step 5
Add the sifted flour and mix.
Step 6
Add vanillin on the tip of a knife.
Step 7
Using a spoon, fill the muffin molds with the batter almost halfway.
Step 8
Place a piece of chocolate in the center of each mold, pressing it slightly into the batter.
Step 9
Top each mold with the second part of the batter, smoothing it out, and leave a little empty space to the edge of the mold.
Step 10
Bake the pancakes in the oven for 20–25 minutes at 355°F, until golden brown.
Step 11
The pancakes are ready.
Step 12
Serve with sour cream; you can also garnish with chocolate slices or sprinkle with powdered sugar.
