- Cottage cheese 15 oz
- Ricotta cheese 5 oz
- Eggs 2 pieces
- Semolina 4 tablespoons
- Sugar 0 oz
- Poppy seeds 0 oz
- Vanillin to taste
- Salt a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour boiling water over the poppy seeds and let them sit for 15 minutes. Then drain the water and dry the poppy seeds.
Step 2
Mash the cottage cheese with a fork, add the ricotta, 2 eggs, sugar, vanillin, and a pinch of salt. Mix the mixture well until smooth.
Step 3
Add the semolina to the batter and mix well.
Step 4
Next, add the poppy seeds to the batter and mix well.
Step 5
Spoon the batter into a muffin tin.
Step 6
Bake for 30 minutes at 355°F.
