- Egg white 2 pieces
- Salt a pinch
- Sugar 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese 5 oz
- Dried cranberries with sugar 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with salt, add sugar and whip until a strong foam forms.
Step 2
Add the cottage cheese, mix until smooth, then add the flour and mix again.
Step 3
Add the cranberries to the batter without thawing.
Step 4
Pour the batter into muffin molds and bake for 30 minutes at 375°F.
