Description
During baking, the mixture will rise high above the edges of the mold but will not overflow — later the air will escape, and by the end of cooking, the casseroles will return to their original size.
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 5 pieces
- Powdered Sugar 5 oz
- Cottage cheese 25 oz
- Vanilla Sugar 2 teaspoons
- Milk 10 fl oz
- Raisins 1 tablespoon
- Carrot 1 piece
- Apple 1 piece
- Mandarin 1 piece
- Cocoa Powder 1 teaspoon
- Banana 1 piece
- Cornstarch ½ tablespoon
- Potato starch ½ tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
Step 2
Add 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar to the egg whites and whip until stiff peaks form.
Step 3
Add cottage cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, starch, and milk to the yolks and whip — first on low speed, then on high speed. Whip for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the mixture with a spoon.
Step 5
Wash the raisins, dry them, and coat them with flour. Finely chop the mandarin and banana, grate the apple coarsely, and grate the carrot finely.
Step 6
Grease the baking molds with fat and dust with flour.
Step 7
Pour the cottage cheese mixture into each mold, then add the filling. Use one type of filling in each mold.
Step 8
After adding the filling, gently stir the mixture in the mold with a teaspoon.
Step 9
Place in a preheated oven at 340°F for 1 hour, then leave the product in the oven for another 10 minutes.
